Fort Town Night Run 
Prescott Scouts and Venturers invite you to unlock different historic sites in an evening 5k and 10k through historic Prescott. The race begins and ends at Fort Wellington.

Opening Day: War of 1812 Garrison 
War of 1812-era soldiers are returning to set up camp and guard the St. Lawrence River. Re-enactment units and a cadets group from Eastern Ontario encamping for a weekend to drill new troops. Interact with the soldiers, watch demonstrations, and maybe even get recruited!

Artillery Day: 150th Commemoration of the Fenian Raids 
200 year old cannons and modern howitzers will be blasting throughout the day! Meet current military members of the 30th Field Artillery whose forbearers one held down the fort. A temporary exhibit showcasing the Fenian Raids includes the first photographs of Fort Wellington, and highlights this crucial event in the lead-up to Confederation.

June 7th, 10 a.m. – 4p.m.

Canada C3 
A Canada 150 signature initiative, an epic 150-day sailing journey from Toronto to Victoria via the Northwest Passage. On the first leg of this journey the ship will make a special stop at Fort Wellington, cannons will be fired to welcome them to Prescott. Everyone welcome.

A fundraiser for Special Olympics Ontario featuring activities, a barbecue, and cannon firings.

Guided Tour 
Be escorted on a journey back in time with a soldier or his wife who will share exciting tales and tastes of the fort’s past. Explore the fort’s history and features during an engaging 1½ hour tour with a guide in historic costume. Program Fee $7.30

Fort Kids 
Kids enlist as a British soldier and discover how life 200 years ago was much different than today! Featuring a different theme every week, this one day program offers a weekly diversion from the routine.
