Feasting with the Papineaus

A new gastronomic experience!

You are cordially invited to travel back in time and experience a unique and exclusive evening!

This year, for the first time ever, Fairmont Le Château Montebello is collaborating with Parks Canada to serve a sumptuous 19th-century formal dinner inside one of Canada’s National Historic Sites, the Manoir Papineau.

Located on the grounds of the resort, the manor was the home of Louis-Joseph Papineau, a leading political figure in the 19th-century. Lovingly restored, the manor recalls the elegance of a bygone era.
