 A pedestrian trail following the Yukon River is a pleasant way to reach the site from downtown or Robert Service Campground.

Alternately, you can get to the site via Whitehorse Transit bus or by taking the Waterfront Trolley.

If you choose to drive to the site there is ample parking with pull through stalls for RVs and trailers.

Whitehorse is easily accessed by air from Vancouver, Kelowna, Edmonton, Calgary and Ottawa. Many visitors take the Alaska Highway from B.C., Alberta or Alaska.

Hours of operation

The S.S. Klondike is open from May 19 until September 4 during the 2018 visitor season; open daily from 9:30 am to 5 pm. Allow at least an hour to enjoy your experience.
