Papineau House is located at 440 rue de Bonsecours near rue Notre-Dame in Old Montréal.
Although the building is closed to the public, walkers can admire the dormers on two floors, the huge coachway doors and the surprising imitation stone wood siding.

This house elegantly displays a meeting of the social and architectural influences of the two cultures that shaped 19th century Canada.
