Pursuant to 12(1) of the National Historic Parks General Regulations, it is prohibited to use a metal detector within Fort Beauséjour – Fort Cumberland National Historic Site of Canada.

This prohibition is in effect until March 31st, 2025.

Anyone found in violation of this notice may be prosecuted under Section 24(2) of the Canada National Parks Act.
