Pursuant to section 12(1) of the National Historical Parks General Regulations, it is prohibited to operate an all-terrain vehicle and over-snow vehicle within Fort Beauséjour – Fort Cumberland National Historic Site.

This prohibition is in effect Until March 31th, 2025.

Anyone found in violation of this notice may be prosecuted under Section 24(2) of the Canada National Parks Act.
