Explore Canada’s first national historic site with a Parks Canada interpreter on a private guided tour for groups. Registration in advance is required.

Fort Anne played a key role in the forces and events that shaped this community and this nation.

Learn about the 3,000-year-old history of the Mi’kmaq, French, Scottish, British, and Acadian peoples who lived here and learn the stories of struggle and survival.

Explore the star-shaped earthwork fortifications and wander through the immersive exhibit in the Officers’ Quarters Museum.

Tours can be booked to start between 9:30 am and 11 am, and between 1:30 pm and 4 pm.

Tours depend on staff availability.
