2023 Management plan
Bellevue House National Historic Site
Thank you, the 2023 Bellevue House National Historic Site Management Plan is complete.
Management plans are the central documents that guide Parks Canada in the protection, management, and operation of its national historic sites, national parks and national marine conservation areas. Reviewed every 10 years, management plans are required by legislation, guided by public consultation, approved by the Minister responsible for Parks Canada and tabled in Parliament.
Parks Canada has completed the management planning process for Bellevue House National Historic Site.
The new management plan was based on consultation, engagement, and input from Indigenous partners, the site’s Community Advisory Committee, local and regional residents, partners and stakeholders, the public and community organizations.
