HMCS Haida National Historic Site
Explore Canada's naval history first-hand aboard HMCS Haida, the last of the famous Tribal-class destroyers and the ceremonial flagship of the Royal Canadian Navy.
Climb to the open-air bridge to take in a commanding view of the Hamilton Harbour. Explore the mess decks, radio room, and engine room to learn the story of Canada's 'fightingest' ship. Take a tour of the main deck to learn first-hand about the dangers faced by the ship's company as it served in the Second World War, Cold War, and the Korean War.

- Battle Map program (included with admission): Learn about stories from HMCS Haida’s 20-year career on the jetty by the ship.
- Main Deck Guided Tour (additional fee applies): Learn about the challenges HMCS Haida’s crew overcame and the places they lived and worked in this 1-hour tour. Includes one staircase but no ladders.
- Action Stations Tour – 30 minutes (additional fee applies): See how HMCS Haida’s crew handled munitions, fought fires, and fired weapons aboard Canada’s ‘fightingest’ ship. Tour includes one ladder.
