Parks Canada advises residents and visitors that the Old Slys Swing Bridge, part of the Rideau Canal National Historic Site, will be temporarily closed to vehicular and pedestrian traffic on October 30, 2024, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., for essential fall maintenance. Detours will be in place during this time.
