Terms and Conditions
The Trent-Severn Waterway National Historic Site is operated from the May long weekend until Thanksgiving Day Monday and is closed to visitors during the off-season. You should expect the regularity of postings to decrease, during the off-season.
Please note, that we receive a significant number of requests and that the processing time is usually a few business days. We understand that the Web is a 24/7 medium, and your comments are welcome at any time. You should expect to see new content posted from Monday to Friday between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm EST/EDT zone.
We may occasionally post content or respond to comments on weekends and beyond the hours mentioned above, but this is not a regular practice. Comments submitted after hours or on weekends will be read and responded to as soon as possible.
