Fort Battleford National Historic Site is located 1.5 hours northwest of Saskatoon in the town of Battleford. The province is accessible by scheduled airline services that connect with most major centers in North America and northern Europe, as well as by road in the United States.
Air:
The Saskatoon International Airport (YXE) is 141 km from Fort Battleford. Major car rental agencies operate out of the Regina International Airport.
Car:
Fort Battleford National Historic Site is located 153 km northwest of Saskatoon in the town of Battleford, 4.8 km southeast of North Battleford. Follow the Parks Canada Beaver logo signs from the Yellowhead Highway (SK-16). Follow SK-16 W to Campbell Innes Way in Battleford, then turn left onto Central Ave. Fort Battleford National Historic Site will be on the right hand side.
