Red Serge, Red Tape is a program that opens a conversation about the lesser-known impacts of the Gold Rush. Hosted in the stately Commissioner’s Residence, a turn-of-the-last-century monument to elegance, permanence and stability, participants will be invited to consider the perspective of voices that have been historically neglected while being inspired to action towards change.
