Park the Whirlpool Group Camping area and enjoy eight wondrous kilometres of wide-open road! When snow-free, the section of the road between the Whirlpool River bridge and the start of the Geraldine Road, is open to cyclists and closed to vehicles in spring and fall.

Park at the bottom of the Cavell Road, and from bottom to top, cyclists gain 550 m of elevation in 14 kilometres – certainly not for the faint of heart, but it’s a local favourite for Jasper’s avid cyclists. Mark your calendar and enjoy this spectacular location on two wheels.
