Prohibited activity notice - Felt-soled wading boots

WHAT: Pursuant to Section 7(1) of the Canadian National Parks Act General Regulations, felt-soled wading boots are prohibited in Mount Revelstoke and Glacier national parks.
WHERE: All water bodies within Mount Revelstoke and Glacier national parks.
WHY: To reduce the potential spread of aquatic invasive species.
PENALTY: Violators may be charged under the Canada National Parks Act. Maximum penalty
$25 000.
