  That part of the west 1/2 of the southeast 1/4 of Section 15, Pender Island, Cowichan District, more particularly described as follows: commencing at a post planted 20.46 chains east and 11.43 chains north of the quarter section post on the south boundary of said section; thence north a distance of 6.00 chains; thence west a distance of 8.40 chains; thence south a distance of 6.00 chains; thence east a distance of 8.40 chains to the point of commencement, containing 5 acres, more or less, as shown and outlined in red on plan deposited under number 29311I;

4. East Point – Boiling Reef;
5. Greig Island;
6. Hawkins Island;
7. Imrie Islet;
8. Isabella Islet;
9. Java Islet;
10. Reay Island;
11. Red Islets;
12. Sallas Rocks; and
13. Samuel Islet.
Unsurveyed Crown land above the natural boundary known as an unnamed islet in Shingle Bay, Pender Island as shown on Schedule H to this Annex C.

All unsurveyed, unencumbered and unalienated Crown islets within the coastal tidal waters of the Core Area except for
1. the Crown islets included in item 3 of this Annex C;
2. the Crown islets included in the Provincial Parks and the Provincial Protected Areas;
3. all Crown islets that are reserved from disposition under the Land Act by an order in council other than Order in Council 467/82; and
4. District Lot 121, Cowichan District (being Dock Island).
The land extending 25 metres perpendicularly distant seaward of the natural boundary of the following described land that is not included in the Provincial Parks and the Provincial Protected Areas:
1. the Crown islets described in items 3 to and including 7 of this Annex C;
2. the land described in items 1(a), 1(b), 1(c), 1(e) and 3 of Annex J;
3. the Provincial Parks described in items 1, 2, 5(a) and 5(c) of Annex K; and
4. the Protected Areas described in items 1 and 2 of Annex L.
