Pacific Rim National Park Reserve
Parks Canada is committed to maximizing accessibility so that all visitors have the opportunity to enjoy Canada’s natural and cultural heritage. Pacific Rim National Park Reserve provides public buildings, campgrounds, washrooms, viewpoints and trails that are open and accessible to all members of the public. The following is a listing of Pacific Rim National Park Reserve services and facilities available to visitors using wheelchairs, mobility aids or strollers.
The Broken Group Islands and the West Coast Trail Units are considered backcountry areas. Terrain is rugged and therefore is not barrier free.
The Long Beach area has a number of accessible facilities.
All roads and parking areas in the Long Beach area are paved except Kennedy Lake. All facilities listed meet barrier free standards.
