WHAT:  Pursuant to section 7(1) of the National Park General Regulations, the takeoff or landing of  either non-motorized paragliders  or hang-gliders is prohibited by order of the Superintendent.

WHERE:

Refer to Map of Areas where Launching and Landing are prohibited by Paragliders and Hang Gliders.

PENALTY:  Violators may be charged under the Canada National Parks Act: maximum penalty $25 000.
