Privacy

The personal information you provide is collected under the authority of section 7(5) of the National Parks General Regulations and section 8 of the Canada National Parks Act for the purpose of authorizing the use of personal watercraft in a restricted area. Personal information may be used to enforce the Canada National Parks Act and its regulations for the purpose of protection and conservation of natural and cultural resources. Failure to provide the requested personal information will result in the denial of your request for a personal watercraft use permit.

The information may be used for policy analysis, research and/or evaluation purposes by Parks Canada and shared with other government ministries.

Your personal information is administered in accordance with the Canada National Parks Act and the Privacy Act.
