What:

Pursuant to Section 36(1) of the National Parks General Regulations, the following area(s) is hereby closed by order of the Superintendent.

Where:

• All land on the pier which extends into Clear Lake, near the townsite of Wasagaming in Riding Mountain National Park.
• The surface of the water of Clear Lake extending 30 metres from the west side of the asphalt path to the west, and 15 metres from the west side of the asphalt path on the east.
• See attached map.

Why:

For visitor safety during construction.

Note:

 Violators may be charged under the Canada National Parks Act. Maximum Penalty $25,000
