Bulletins

Pursuant to section 16(1) of the National Parks of Canada Wildlife Regulations, possession of firearms is prohibited in Kouchibouguac National Park except on:

• Highway 117.
• Kouchibouguac Village Road from the Park boundary to Highway 117.
• Loggiecroft Road from Highway 117 to Loggiecroft wharf.
• Cap St-Louis Road from the Park boundary to Cap St-Louis wharf.
• Marked channel leading from Loggiecroft wharf to Northumberland Strait.
• Marked channel leading from Cap St-Louis wharf to Northumberland Strait.
• Loggiespit road between Highway 117 to Park boundary.

In the excluded areas above, firearms must be transported in a vehicle or vessel and must be unloaded and in a case pursuant to Section 20 of the Wildlife Regulations. This prohibition is in effect until March 31^st, 2025.

Anyone found in violation of this notice may be prosecuted under Section 24(2) of the Canada National Parks Act.
