Visitor Experience Positions
- Have great leadership skills and love to inspire and motivate team members
- Are passionate about national parks, visitors having great experiences, and taking on challenges
- Enjoy planning and thinking strategically to solve problems and collaborate with others
- You’ll plan and coordinate offers like the Pine Lake campground, rental cabins and group camp and the Visitor Centre
- You’ll work with members of your staff to make sure the park’s services are maintained and running smoothly
- You’ll monitor daily needs, do revenue collection and bank deposits, and order for and merchandize the Parks Canada Shop.

- You’ll greet visitors and provide them with info to help them plan their trips and assist them with directions, advice and more once they arrive
- You’ll help clean and maintain the campground, campsites, Pine Lake Rental Cabins and more.
- You’ll register, process and collect fees, issue permits and help to sell products, all of which include dealing with money, recording statistical data and more.
- You’ll help support your visitor experience teammates
- Are passionate about national parks, visitors having great experiences and taking on challenges
- Spend your time daydreaming about making awesome programs, activities, and events in your community
- You’ll research and review data and reports and use what you find to develop and deliver interpretive programs, activities and events
- You’ll help tell the stories of the park to visitors from near and far and assist them as required to make their visit memorable
- Love being outside
- Enjoy telling stories and sharing knowledge
- Like culture, history, social studies and/or nature
- You’ll deliver guided hikes and campfire programs
- You’ll help put on special events like the Pine Lake Picnic and host workshops
- You’ll help support your visitor experience teammates

One term position (April to October) | $74,023 - $79,759 per year (plus applicable Isolated Post Allowances)
