Favourite part of your park?

This is not a fair question:

• the beach at Pine Lake in late summer
• the view over the Salt Plains in the fall
• bison and wolves on a snowy day in the winter
• an exciting spring break-up on the Peace, Athabasca and Slave Rivers
• a herd of bison in June (those calves are too darn cute!)

Best project/study you’ve gotten to work on?

Banding young-of-the-year whooping cranes.

Favourite part of your job?

Getting to work with local land users!

What do you love about science/tech?

That you have to get outside to get started!
