Commercial operators and large buses

Parks Canada welcomes large groups and tour companies wanting to visit the Grotto or the Parks Canada Visitor Centre in Tobermory. By letting us know about your visit before you arrive, we can help your group have a memorable time.

Who is this for?

Anybody selling a tour package, trip or other tourism related product who wants to visit Bruce Peninsula National Park.

Vehicles with more than 12 passengers. This includes school buses, motor coaches, and large vans.

How much does it cost?

Commercial tours entering the site will be required to pay the following fees:

• Parking (Daily, per bus). This fee is payable by credit card when the reservation is made. It is non-refundable.
• Admissions (Daily, Commercial Group, per person). For every visitor age 18 and older. This fee is payable when you arrive at the park.

How does it work?

First, plan the trip. Figure out what day your group will arrive. Try to arrive at the park between 2:00 to 3:00 pm or between 5:00 to 6:00 pm to reduce the amount of time your group will have to wait in line.

You can also request to have a Parks Canada team member show you the way to the shoreline at Indian Head Cove and the Grotto. This service cannot be guaranteed and will depend on staff availability when your group arrives.

Once you know when your group is coming, and how many people are in the group, contact us.

Then we’ll follow up to get your payment information.

Once you’ve paid the non-refundable parking fee, you will get a confirmation email with more details about your visit.
