What to Expect?

The Adventure Challenge is active, engaging and fun for all ages. Upon arrival to the park, you and your team will be given an Adventure Challenge passport that must be completed by collecting activity stamps. Stamps are earned at activity stations by performing given tasks which test your skills and brawn. Teams will first put on their thinking caps to solve clues to find the activity station sites. Adventure seekers will get to explore the park and will learn some neat facts about the park’s natural and cultural heritage, all while having a great time!

Who can participate?

You! All are welcome to join. Bring a buddy! Participants are asked to sign up in groups of 2 or more. Don’t have a partner? No worries! Parks Canada staff can help you find a team to join. Participants are welcome to register on the day of the event or may pre-register by email .

When? Where?

The challenge starts at 10:00am on July 16, 2016 at the park’s Visitor Centre and wraps up around 3:00pm. All Adventure Challenge activity stations are located within the park’s front country. For your enjoyment, be aware that hiking will be a main component of the day. Please come prepared with proper shoes, sunscreen and a water bottle. The Adventure Challenge is an all-day event but the course itself should take participants about 3-4 hours to complete. Make the day of it and bring a picnic lunch!

Fees?

No extra fees! Event costs are included in the regular park admission fee.
