A program featuring exploration activities for children 6 to 11 years old and their families.

What is it about?

Are your children curious, bright, and active? Do they like challenges? Are they budding artists, dreamers or promising journalists? If so, then the Parks Canada Xplorers program is for them.

When you arrive at Prince Edward Island National Park or Green Gables Heritage Place, your children will receive an Xplorers booklet filled with fun activities that will guide their discovery of the place. When they complete the requested number of activities they will be recognized as an official Xplorer with a certificate and a special souvenir!

The activities vary from one location to another, and so does the souvenir. This way children will enjoy discovering national parks, national historic sites and national marine conservation areas and they can collect a souvenir from each location they visit.
