Eligibility conditions
To be eligible to the following student jobs, you must:
- be registered as a full-time or part-time secondary school, college or university student in an approved educational programme in the current session (winter 2025);
- or be taking part in a secondary-level adult education or retraining programme run by an accredited educational establishment in the current session (winter 2025);
- hold a valid class 5 driving licence;
- have reached the minimum age required for employment in Québec.

Cleaning
Provide cleaning of buildings and facilities to improve the visitor experience.

Lifeguarding
Ensure that bathers respect and know the pool's safety rules; rescue people in distress according to recognized techniques; ensure proper use of aquatic and first aid equipment.
Prerequisites – Assistant lifeguard:
- Be at least 15 years old
- Have an up-to-date Bronze Medal received in the last two years

Youth employment! Job opportunity for an Indigenous person between the ages of 15 and 30.
Carry out general maintenance work in the park, on campgrounds, trails and facilities; participate in logistics and work with partners on special events.

Finance and administration - Store assistant
The student will assist the Storekeeper in his or her duties, which include serving people, maintaining inventory, and serving the store in the Storekeeper's absence.
The student will have to travel regularly with a vehicle provided to take change to the various sectors of the Park, as well as do errands.

Media and marketing
Provide support to the dynamic External Relations team, which has a wide range of expertise: communications, marketing, public relations, education, Web and social media.
Put your talents to good use in graphic design, photography or video production and editing for the three sites of the Gaspésie Field Unit; create original content for Forillon National Park's social media; courteously respond to visitor questions received via Facebook; replenish the photo bank of inspiring landscapes; host educational activities on Quebec Lighthouse Day and Family Day (see work locations); write blog posts and radio columns; provide film crews with a friendly helping hand.
- Workplaces: Mainly at Forillon National Park, with visits to the Battle of the Restigouche National Historic Site and Pointe-au-Père Lighthouse National Historic Site.
