Mingan Archipelago National Park Reserve

The Mingan Archipelago is located on Quebec’s North Shore, near picturesque coastal villages where whales and seals are our neighbours. The region is known for its warm hospitality, beautiful beaches, wide open spaces and nautical sports.

The park reserve provides the opportunity to work from exceptional locations, including world-renowned islands. Imagine travelling to work by boat! The administrative office is located in Havre-Saint-Pierre.

The work teams are made up of passionate, energetic people who are committed to protecting and showcasing the monoliths, rare plants, seabirds, the history of the lighthouse keepers and stations, a diverse range of accommodations and activities and much more!

Individuals are eligible for student employment with Parks Canada under the following circumstances:

  • They are registered as a full time or part-time secondary or post secondary student in an accredited academic program, for current term (winter 2024 semester).
