Pets are part of the family and are welcome in Prince Albert National Park. The park is a great place for both visitors and their beloved pet to enjoy forests, lakes and meadows. Dogs are allowed on most beaches, outside of buoyed swimming areas.

For visitors who do choose to bring domestic animals to Prince Albert National Park, they must be on a leash and under physical control at all times. Please review and follow the Parks Canada regulations and pet etiquette in order to help ensure your personal safety and the safety of your pet. These rules also respect the comfort of other visitors and protect park wildlife and habitat.
