The collection of your information is authorized by subsection 7(1)(a) and section 70 of the Accessible Canada Act. The feedback will be used to help the Agency to identify and break down accessibility barriers.
In certain instances the information collected will not be associated to a specific individual. Parks Canada won’t be able to provide you with a right of access to the collected data.
If you have chosen to add your name or any other identifying information, then the Agency will be able to provide you with your right of access.
Your personal information is administered in accordance with the Accessible Canada Act, the Privacy Act and other applicable laws. You have the right to the protection of, access to, and correction of your personal information, which is described in the Treasury Board Secretariat Personal Information Bank PSU 938 Outreach Activities and will be retained for 7 years.
