Monument-Lefebvre National Historic Site
Sitting on the crest of a hill overlooking a vast river valley, the Monument-Lefebvre is located in the beautiful Memramcook Valley area of southeastern New Brunswick. Known as the cradle of New Acadie, the region features vast marshlands, dykes and aboiteaux, along with walking paths and orchards, and is a significant migration route for songbirds, ducks and herons. The site is a 30-minute drive from Moncton, 20 minutes from Sackville, and a 2-hour journey from Halifax.

Directions
The site is located in Memramcook, New Brunswick; a 20-minute drive southeast of Moncton, or 30 minutes north west of the Nova Scotia border. Leave the Trans-Canada Highway at Memramcook (eastbound traffic use Exit 482 (Renaissance St.), westbound traffic use exit 482 Renaissance St. or Exit 488, (Pont Rouge). Follow the Parks Canada Beaver signs to Highway 106, and head west. Turn left on Centrale st. and then proceed to the Monument Lefebvre (480). Or follow the scenic route from Fort Beauséjour National Historic Site of Canada - take route 106 west of Sackville.
