Public engagement

Parks Canada manages national parks in trust for Canadians, so ensuring that significant decisions reflect the values and views of Canadians is important to us. 

Public engagements and consultations are time-bound, two-way communication processes. They seek input from people who may be impacted by significant government decisions. This feedback informs and improves decision-making. 

There are no formal public engagement processes currently underway in Kootenay National Park. General feedback is always welcome at llyksuperintendent-directeurllyk@pc.gc.ca
