Fundy National Park lies within two climatic zones: the Bay of Fundy and southern New Brunswick.

Cool summers and mild winters, with lesser accumulation of snow than the Southern New Brunswick zone, characterize the Bay of Fundy Zone.

The Southern New Brunswick zone has warm summers with slight fog and cold winters with more snow. So the choice is yours! On most days, there is a notable difference between the two zones within the park.

While the average summer temperature is 22 °C in the park interior, it may be 6 °C cooler on the same day on the nearby coast.
