Sirmilik National Park
Sirmilik National Park is located in Nunavut next to the communities of Pond Inlet and Arctic Bay. Commercial flights are available year-round to both communities. The park can be reached by boat or snowmobile with a licensed outfitter and the best times to visit are in spring and summer. There are no facilities, services or campgrounds in the park. Visitors must be experienced and self-reliant. Contact us for guidance when planning your trip.

Iqaluit is the hub for air traffic in Nunavut. Canadian North offers direct flights to Iqaluit from Ottawa, Montreal and Yellowknife.
To Pond Inlet or Arctic Bay from Iqaluit
Canadian North offers scheduled flights from Iqaluit to both Pond Inlet and Arctic Bay. Kenn Borek Air offers chartered flights to Pond Inlet.
To Sirmilik National Park
Travel to and from Sirmilik National Park can be arranged with local outfitters from either Pond Inlet or Arctic Bay. Outfitters will take you to and from the park by boat or snowmobile, depending on the season.
