Come enjoy the unique experience of an island stay on Georgian Bay. Explore the many ways to experience Beausoleil island, from rustic cabins, waterfront tent camping to sheltered docks dotting the shoreline.
Important Notice: Day and overnight visitation in this national park is located on islands and is only accessible by boat. Campers must coordinate their own boat transportation or book a licensed private water taxi. Cabin and oTENTik reservations include transportation to the island.
Fee update: Beginning in 2025, all visitors to Georgian Bay Islands National Park will have to pay a daily admission fee in addition to other applicable fees.
Tent camping on Beausoleil Island

Cedar Spring Campground
- Campers must coordinate their own boat transportation
- 45 campsites, reservations available
- Central comfort station with showers and flush toilets

Backcountry Camping Areas

- 7 camping areas, each consisting of 4 to 10 campsites

Cedar Spring Cabins
- Transportation to the island included
- Minimum 2 night rental (check-ins unavailable on Wednesday and Thursday)

- 1 queen, 1 single over double bunk bed
- Central shower and flush toilets
- Running water and power
- BBQ with side burner (and propane)

Christian Beach Cabins
- Transportation to the island included
- Minimum 2 night rental (check-ins unavailable on Wednesday and Thursday)

Boating, mooring and anchoring

Visiting Beausoleil Island by boat
- Docks located along the northern and eastern shoreline
- Docks are available on a first-come, first-served basis
- A mooring permit is required to access docks
- Dinghies and tender vessels are not permitted on the docks, they can be beached with a valid permit
- A daily entry permit is required if anchoring and accessing Beausoleil Island
- Water lots located at Cedar Spring, Frying Pan Bay and Honeymoon Bay
