The Canada 150 Rouge Express
Rouge National Urban Park
FREE shuttle bus to Rouge National Urban Park!
From July to October this year, a free shuttle bus service offered by our amazing partners at Parkbus will connect downtown Toronto with Rouge National Urban Park! Dubbed the Canada 150 Rouge Express, and sponsored by TD’s #TDCommonGround project as well as by MEC, the service will operate every Saturday, Sunday and holiday Monday between July 1 and October 22. Parks Canada staff will accompany every bus to provide on-board programming and introduce visitors to Rouge National Urban Park and other Parks Canada places across the country. Passengers will have an opportunity to participate in some of these special events or explore the park independently.
Toronto pick-ups will occur at 8:30 a.m. and 11 a.m. at 30 Carlton Street outside the Holiday Inn, steps away from the College TTC subway station. Depending on the date, buses will service different parts of the park, according to Parks Canada programming available. Return times to the park are scheduled for 12:30 p.m., 2:30 p.m. and 4:30 p.m.
