March Break Family Tours

March Break Family Tours of the Halifax Citadel National Historic Site are back!

Join a special winter guided tour of the historic Halifax Citadel with your family or small group (up to 12 participants per tour). Discover how the British soldiers lived in the 19th century fort and how they survived the cold Halifax winters. Time your tour with the noon gun and experience a Halifax tradition!

No tours offered on weekends

*Note the 2 pm tour time is only available on Tuesday, March 11 and Wednesday, March 12

Cancellation policy

Tours can be rescheduled (subject to availability) or cancelled, with a refund, up to 5 pm the day before. Please note that Eventbrite fees are non refundable. Please contact The Halifax Citadel Society.
