The Commemorative Integrity Statement (CIS) is one of the primary sources of direction for the management of Saoyú-Ɂehdacho National Historic Site. The CIS describes the place, its resources, values, objectives and messages. The CIS affirms that the site will be managed as a whole and that Sahtugot’ine knowledge will be used in management decisions. It describes how the parties will preserve, protect and present the heritage of Saoyú-Ɂehdacho, contribute to the well-being of the community of Délı̨nę, and support cultural practice.
