The Tuktut Nogait Agreement

3. Park Establishment and Administration

3.1

The Minister shall take such steps as are necessary to add the Park to the schedule of the National Parks Act and to give effect to those provisions of this Agreement that require legislation.

3.2

Subject to this Agreement and the IFA , the Park shall thereafter be maintained and administered for the purposes set out in, and according to, the National Parks Act, the Park Management Plan and national park policy in effect from time to time.

3.3

The Park shall be known as Tuktut Nogait National Park.
