Prohibited Activity Notice
Bicycles at Skyline Trail

Effective Dates: April 1, 2024 – March 31, 2025

Pursuant to section 7(1) of the National Parks General Regulations, the Superintendent designates the following prohibited activity within Cape Breton Highlands National Park. 

It is prohibited to ride bicycles (including both on- and off-trail riding) at the Skyline Trail.

This prohibition is in effect at all times.

Your cooperation is appreciated.

Violation of this prohibition is an offence under the Canada National Parks Act. Failure to comply may result in prosecution.
