Freight Tait Springs Trail
Prince Albert National Park
Early freighters stopped at this natural spring to rest and replenish water supplies. The spring water spills over its banks and flows onward to the Spruce River. The iron-rich springs are interesting to explore but take care not to harm this sensitive area.

Level of Difficulty: Easy
Significant Features: The old freight trail travels through a mixed aspen and white spruce forest leading to a natural fresh water spring.
Trailhead: 29.5 km from the visitor centre on highway 263.
