Your voice matters – have your say!

Dear colleagues,
As the deadline for the 2022/23 Public Service Employee Survey approaches, I would like to thank everyone who has taken the time to participate and encourage others to do so by Sunday, February 5.
The survey is a vital feedback tool that helps us better support you in areas of leadership, employee engagement, equity, and inclusion. We are committed to acting upon your feedback, which will help us make more informed decisions to advance the quality of the workplace for everyone.
Please take 20 minutes to complete the survey this week and help shape the future of Parks Canada. Allow your voice to be heard!
Visit the PSES intranet page or contact the PSES survey team at pc.sondageempl-emplsurvey.pc@canada.ca for more information.
I look forward to your feedback. Your voice matters – have your say!
